This was our first time needing a solicitor and from start to finish the friendly staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable making the whole process easy and straight forward, we would highly recommend.

Poor performance
Very poor communication. Mainly reactive and not proactive as I would expect. First property sale fell through day before completion but I was only advised by the estate agent. Conveyancer only contacted me several days later.

Conveyancing
Shazida was professional and she always kept her team up to date so when I wasn't able to speak to her direct, the team were always able to help me. The process of buying and selling took so much longer than I'd expected but I think that's just what it is nowadays.

Amazing service
