Had to find a solicitor in a hurry - found Dale & Dunphy Norwich, on a web search. Their response was immediate, positive and very helpful . Great result in court due to Kieran Dunphy's knowledge, experience and contacts. Thank you Kieran ( and Milo the office dog )

A family member got into some trouble. A first time offence ended up as a really traumatic and scary time and help was needed. We contacted Dale and Dunphy and spoke to Kieran. I was impressed from our first call. Direct advice and information was given. There was about a month's wait before the court date and the communication was brilliant to keep us in the loop. Emails were answered within 24-48 hours. The day of court was long and scary for my family member but it all was worth while. Although we were delayed, a sincere "sorry" was given even though it was not the solicitors fault. The outcome was successful and that was due to Kieran listening, treating my family member as an individual and patience. Kieran spoke well, with care and compassion and it felt he understood which in turn helped the outcome. We cannot thank you enough for your help, communication and directness as it all helped a stressful, emotional scenario. Thank you.
