Brown Turner and Ross were recommended to me by my Estate Agent when selling a property . I looked at their reviews online and decided to go with them.
I am so happy that I did, the whole experience was first class. I dealt with a young woman ( Amy Brown) who was more than helpful and also contactable if I needed anything.
She was professional and friendly and dealt with my case in a smooth and stress free manner.
I can’t thank Amy and Brown ,Turner and Ross enough.

No work has been done on my case and no replies to my phone calls/emails.
I have had a long standing damp issue, allowed by my management company who employed a surveyor, who suspected was on the management board and denied there was any issue. So the problem continues today…
The management company are now taking this surveyor to court themselves due to the amount of complaints, which I informed BTR Ltd and they have continued to do nothing. It was an easy win! But it doesn’t look like I can recoup my costs now. No use
