Utterly outstanding

I just have no words to quantify the level of expertise I received. Amy was a counsellor , friend and always there for me no matter what my worry was. Everything was explained to me so any worry I had was out to rest , Amy was always there whether it was a phone call or email - she never failed to respond and that settled my worries
I had previously bad experiences with law firms but honestly Amy had restored my faith

This was a complicated process due to reasons out of our control, and BTR supported us through it while dealing with a problematic buyer and less than effective buyers solicitors. They advised us well and kept in touch throughout. Would recommend.

No work has been done on my case and no replies to my phone calls/emails.
I have had a long standing damp issue, allowed by my management company who employed a surveyor, who suspected was on the management board and denied there was any issue. So the problem continues today…
The management company are now taking this surveyor to court themselves due to the amount of complaints, which I informed BTR Ltd and they have continued to do nothing. It was an easy win! But it doesn’t look like I can recoup my costs now. No use
