Excellent, responsive service
We use BTR for buying and selling within our portfolio. Kevin and his team act quickly and are responsive to queries which can't be said for all conveyancing.

Amy was the solicitor in charge of the sale of my dad’s house and from start to finish she has been excellent. Always at the end of a phone if I needed her and always answered my emails promptly. I would highly recommend

Efficient and helpful
Amy was from the start really efficient, friendly and helpful. No question was too silly which was great to help my sister and I navigate the legal side of selling our mums cottage through an auction. Amy was also quick to respond and get everything ready for the very short timeframe that we were trying to accommodate for our buyers. I'd highly recommend Amy and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
