We dealt with Rebecca Waring for the sale of our house & purchase of our new house. I truly cannot recommend her enough, she has been nothing short of efficient, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. Disappointed with my experience of VC Law, especially after all the good reviews I had read and been given by others. Communication from Rebecca was very poor and slow. I regularly had to email or phone the office for updates, often with no reply. The whole process took 7 months, even though I already owned a share of the property I was buying so should have been quite straightforward. This meant I also had to extend my mortgage application and regularly check in with my mortgage advisor. All of it was made more stressful than it needed to be.
