Conveyancer extraordinaire
My experience of everyone I came into contact with during the purchase of my property, whether via phone, email or in person at the Liverpool office, was exceptional from start to finish. Just amazing
We had an absolutely great experience using Susanna when selling our flat after the loss of our dad. Susanne was so kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I felt she cared and wanted the best for her clients. I would 100% use VC Law again even though we are based in London, the experience was so efficient and straight forward. Thank you again.

Exceptional Service
We have used the services of VCL on 3 occasions now both to purchase properties and to sell one after probate. Both Suzanne Cosgrove and Elsa Sheeran have been our points of contact both of whom have been flawless, acting with honesty integrity and persistence. providing regular contact throughout, particularly whilst dealing with a sellers obstructive Solicitor. ( who I am not allowed to name but happened to be the seller himself ) I can't sing their praises high enough. A model for all Solicitors to follow

Excellent speedy & reliable conveyancing service

Excellent service
My husband and I recently used VC LAW to help with the purchasing of our first home. The service was outstanding from Susanna and Elsa. We will definitely use again and highly recommend. They where efficient, professional, friendly and kept us upto date every step of the way. They made everything less stressful and we even got a little welcome to your new home card. Excellent fast conveyancing
Our property was in a chain of four, at least two of which stood to benefit from the Stamp Duty holiday, so time was of the essence to meet the 30th June deadline. Susanna Cosgrove and Elsa Sheeran went above and beyond to ensure the deadline was met, and handled our case with focus and accuracy. It was a pleasure to work with both of them and we would certainly recommend VC Law to our friends.
