I want to say a BIG thank you to William Miller (Billy), he helped me recover my money from a CFD trading, he updated me at every stage of the process until my money was recovered. I can’t say thank you enough, I lost hope of recovering my £15,000 but you gave me hope and helped me recover it. I’m really grateful and I 100% recommend smooth commercial law and Billy. Great communication, transparency, advice and very professional. You are the best.

Completely unprofessional. I got in touch with this law firm more than one year ago regarding my landlord who didn't return my deposit because of covid. They where very quick in accepting my case and making me sign lots of documents... of course things where slow since it was when covid started and I give them a chance... every three months I had to check with them as they weren't progressing my case. Eventually they send a letter to my landlord but they didn't follow up making it clear to him that I didn't have a chance to take the deposit back. They always said that they where busy and ask same questions and information I already had provided. Carla was completely unresponsive and it was clear to me she was just working from home and didn't want to actually work much as when I asked for a zoom call to clarify things she said "she didn't have the infrastructure to do so"... Feed up with her being dismissive I asked very politely if they didn't want to continue my case please to let me know. In the end I asked my case to be handled by someone else within the company (Sehar) but he two wasn't responding and he said he would get to me back to see what to do with my case (asking same questions again and not following up). In conclusion they took my case and let it sit there for a year. If they didn't want my case they should had said it straight away and I would have look for someone to represent me instead.
