Fantastic from start to finish.

Deborah at Kirwans looked after my mum and dad with the sale of their old house and purchase of their new flat. They couldn’t use the app as they are both in their late 70’s and not brilliant with technology. Deborah and the team explained everything we needed to do and guided us through the process. Any questions were answered the same day. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

The worst solicitor I have ever dealt with.

Do not go anywhere near this company if you have a personal injury claim.I have heard nothing for 12 months and had to put a formal complaint in.I was told that everybody had left their personal injury apart from one person. They have wasted my time and will waste yours.

Waste of time

Required legal assistance for an important issue. Not a single reply from Paul Barnes, a month after sending in all our details and many phone calls trying to find out what he’s doing and not even a courtesy call updating us. We just looked in front of the people we are trying to take action against. Since found a professional law firm!

Contentious Probate Solicitor Moreton Office.

Just a total waste of my time and my money.
Quoted £1200 charged £1500.
I was told at the out set, it will not be for the want of trying and after sending one email in particular received a phone call from Paul Barnes telling me he had the jist off it in no uncertain terms.
I asked if I could have all my paperwork returned including the letter between him and the other parties solicitor and was told it was attached to his email, but I don’t have a printer and am in my seventies.
I honestly wish I had donated the £1500 to my favourite charity Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, because absolutely nothing was achieved.
I hired a poodle to go against a pathological liar (all evidence supplied) and his Rottweiler of a Solicitor who said he never received the first letter sent to him, which was sent only by a first class stamp only.
Taking months more than needed to achieve the absolutely nothing than needed to.

A fantastic firm who has supported my disabled son through a very tough accusatory case! They had faith in him from the beginning & always adapted to meet his needs, taking time to explain things to him in a way he can understand & follow.

Currently 18 months into Kirwans doing nothing to sell a property left to us in the will of a deceased family member. We will all be dead before Kirwans resolve this matter. Do not use this firm. Worse than useless.
