It was a difficult sale to say the least and he was professional, helpful and gave great communication and was available at all times. He went above and beyond which us a rare thing these days. First time purchase
Really pleased with the experience I had with Andrew and his team. Almost everything was done via email, which suited my busy schedule. And also great for people like me who find phone calls stressful! Replies to my emails were incredibly fast and my instructions were followed perfectly.
I can see why Andrew was recommended to me, and he did not disappoint.

First home purchase
I can not recommend Andrew and his team enough. They dealt with my first house purchase swiftly and professionally as possible & were available to answer questions & calm any first purchase fears I had. They were clear about costings from the outset & updated us with any changes to the initial quote prior to undertaking the work. They made the process completely stress free & I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends & family & use them again for any future purchases.

The move before Christmas
My mortgage broker recommended Andrew and I am so glad that she did. Communication throughout has been excellent even when Andrew was on annual leave. Excellent work
Andrew resolved a Leasehold/Freehold issue that had existed since I first offered on my property in March of 2019 and my previous (rubbish) solicitor was instructed to purchase the house and the Freehold which the seller had agreed to. He subsequently didn't and I ended up reluctantly having to buy as a leaseholder. I then had a year of grief with the Ground Rent company who didn't have me as a tenant so wouldn't discuss the issue with me due to Data Protection but instead threatened me with legal action for non payment of the ground rent despite not actually invoicing me for it. Then the freeholder offered me the Freehold in Oct 2021 and then kept stalling whenever Kirwans chased for an update. It's been a long, stressful and tedious road for Andrew to navigate through. However he managed to resolve the issue and I'm now the Freeholder of my home. Excellent work. I am so appreciative.
On another matter, I am the Executor of my mother's estate and over the last year, I have been dealing with Sara Bellringer in Moreton office with initially Power of Attorney and more recently Probate matters. She handled everything professionally & sensitively and and took all of the stress away. Excellent work.
