I picked Kirwans as i have used them before and all went well. Not this time.
I was selling my mums house and did need extra support for this.
Not once was i able to talk to my solicitor phone calls not answered and voicemails not replied too.
On one occasion i had to call into the branch three times as i received three separate emails asking for paperwork. All could of been done in one email. I have sold houses before but this was very stressful with no support given.

Fantastic from start to finish.
Deborah at Kirwans looked after my mum and dad with the sale of their old house and purchase of their new flat. They couldn’t use the app as they are both in their late 70’s and not brilliant with technology. Deborah and the team explained everything we needed to do and guided us through the process. Any questions were answered the same day. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you.
