Good service. Bit disappointed that the council only repaired downstairs lounge and kitchen. Nothing repaired in anynofbthe bedrooms or stairs. Hopefully this will be done at a later date. Thank you for your service.

Great communication, all problems delt with and I didn't have to worry about forgetting anything, surveyor came done his work and within weeks I had my repairs done,and some compensation for it aswell, I can not thank your entire team enough for the help and relief you have asslisted me and my family with.

Excellent service
The solicitors acted on my behalf regarding housing repairs. They took on my case. Did all the paperwork and photographic evidence. They presented everything to my council. It was no win, no fee. Although it took a little time and patience. The council made a financial settlement and carried out the works needed.

I contacted First Legal Solicitors as a last resort after seeing their advert and thought I would give them a try following our backwards & forwards ordeal with Council in trying to get them to carry out some repairs in our property. I dealt with Linsday who I felt instantly took my burden on board as if it were her own and managed to work her magic on our behalf and as a result got all the jobs in our home completed in a very timely manner.

Been so helpful and efficient, first class 🙌 been waiting 4years for my issues to be resolved with social housing , 11weeks with first legal and they are now recognising repairs need to be done and are starting to book me in , I recommend this company to anyone having problems with your housing repairs with social housing.
