Been so helpful and efficient, first class 🙌 been waiting 4years for my issues to be resolved with social housing , 11weeks with first legal and they are now recognising repairs need to be done and are starting to book me in , I recommend this company to anyone having problems with your housing repairs with social housing.

Eileen Williams is a star, the ratings are from years ago, not now, I couldn't recommend them higher, it took years of fighting, it took months with Eileen, we need more Eileen's in this world 10/10

First saw first legal solicitors on an advert on Facebook. We had ongoing problems with our landlord bromford who were slow at repairs or none responsive. Since we been with first legal solicitors we had Eileen Williams as our solicitor she has been amazing. We stayed in contact through out and was there and fast replying when we needed her from time to time for updates etc. We are so pleased with the service provided would highly recommend them. We had the best result due to her services and we are so happy words couldn't explain. Thank you Eileen and your team.
