Gave me very good advice, clear and easy to understand dealt with everything within a few months , I have a large amount of repairs that need to be done to my property that I have been waiting to get done for 2 years hopefully in the new year some of these will get done. But some things I’ve been told would take until September 2025 so it will be nearly 3 years but hopefully will get fixed in the end. I’ve been told I’ll get a few hundred pounds which will help to cover about half of the costs to redecorate after all the many repairs have been done inside my home. I think my case has been ended by my solicitor now I haven’t had a call to let me know but received an email so hopefully I’ll get my compensation very soon and everything will get sorted soon. But overall good service and very friendly and would definitely recommend

Great company

I needed help to deal with mold in my flat but my landlord repairs team ignored my complaint for many years. I was rushed to hospital many times as I suffer from Asthma. At the end tired of complaining to my landlord I went online trying to find people who could help me and I find the First Legal Solicitors who offered help but I was worried as I could not afford a solicitor but I gave it a try and they reassured me and offered to help me.
I am happy that I conacted them. My flat is now clean and my Asthma attack has stopped. I can breath clean air and like to be in. Thanks, First Legal Solicitor for your help, understanding and advice. Happy New Year to all of your team.

Standing up for my Tenancy Rights

I'm disabled and of failing health. My Landlord is a large and well-known housing association, and for several years I have been in a constant struggle with them to get the home warm and free of moisture, mold, cracks and draft. So I signed up with First Solicitors to fight my case.
The case is still on-going, proving more complicated than first anticipated. However, I'm confident First Solicitors will find a way forward, as they've done an excellent job so far.

Been so helpful and efficient, first class 🙌 been waiting 4years for my issues to be resolved with social housing , 11weeks with first legal and they are now recognising repairs need to be done and are starting to book me in , I recommend this company to anyone having problems with your housing repairs with social housing.
