Dispear repair to my flat

Miss
Hi. When the First Legal Solicitors took over my case, they approach was reassuring. At first whrn they callef me, I was not sure whether they will be able to help me get my rights. To cut long story short, I was very surprised when I was approached by the council after neary one year saying they were ready to do the job. This was after several emails exchanges from myself and their dedicated members of their team.
What followed was the good news that the council has decided to take upon itself to do the repair which meanrt we had won the case. Thank you to your team mentioning a few people like Steve, Eileen, Debbie and all the others working behind the curtain.
I sincerely salute you for the professionalism you showed, and dedication.
