Great company
I needed help to deal with mold in my flat but my landlord repairs team ignored my complaint for many years. I was rushed to hospital many times as I suffer from Asthma. At the end tired of complaining to my landlord I went online trying to find people who could help me and I find the First Legal Solicitors who offered help but I was worried as I could not afford a solicitor but I gave it a try and they reassured me and offered to help me.
I am happy that I conacted them. My flat is now clean and my Asthma attack has stopped. I can breath clean air and like to be in. Thanks, First Legal Solicitor for your help, understanding and advice. Happy New Year to all of your team.

Excellent
Had a problem with council who were taking no notice of me so went to First Legal Solicitors no win no fee. It took 11 months for repairs and compensation to all be finished. Very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend.

Home improvements
Good service. Bit disappointed that the council only repaired downstairs lounge and kitchen. Nothing repaired in anynofbthe bedrooms or stairs. Hopefully this will be done at a later date. Thank you for your service.

Excellent Service
I contacted First Legal Solicitors as a last resort after seeing their advert and thought I would give them a try following our backwards & forwards ordeal with Council in trying to get them to carry out some repairs in our property. I dealt with Linsday who I felt instantly took my burden on board as if it were her own and managed to work her magic on our behalf and as a result got all the jobs in our home completed in a very timely manner.

Live West housing problems
It took over a year and SO MANY phone calls and photos but nothing has been completed. I got a minimal pay out . I would much rather of had the work completed. The offer of money was only taken due to the fact we wasn't getting anywhere in court and I suppose they had probably had enough of it all. (I know I had) So all in all it was a very time consuming process and I still have all the problems I started off with 😡 .
