I had a incident that happened to me at work that was very personal
. I had other firms contact me but I was passed from pillar to post having to re tell my story, which I found painful. Kevin was the first solicitor that contacted me directly, he was kind, patient and empathetic. Kevin was always upfront with me and communicated on level that felt more human. I can't thank him enough for all he's done for me.
