Do it yourself. Don't bother with cowboy solicitors who want money only and will do nothing. They are misleading and their website is not clearly. They are advertising no win no fee and it clearly isn't. They want money and I would therefore not recommend or use again. I suspect the positive reviews are fake and please read the negative reviews which suggest the truth.

I had an altercation with the police where they used a police taser on me. It was due to go to crown court but they said that it wasn’t in the public interest to charge the officer. They used the fact that I was previously in the army that it automatically made me a dangerous person. I thought all hope was lost until I contacted Donoghue Soliciters and I put in a civil claim . They were always responsive and fast working. The final result was a successful case and currently packing my bags to go to turkey to look like someone from Essex . Great team and I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again if anything happens in the future .
