Unfortunately I do not feel satisfied, the work was carried out however the mould has returned. I feel they settled for too little and more should have been done to help us attain more compensation. At the beginning of the claim communication was on point however after it was a chasing game. Having to pay a success fee fir a settlement under £1000 is a total steal then paying insurance makes you wonder if it was all worth it??

I do not recommend Tenants advice, nor do I recommend Antony Hodari solicitors who they used for my case.
I spent over a year trying to get help with my housing disrepair, I’m still left with lots of problems at my home, I complained to tenants advice multiple times about the problems with Antony Hodari, who had been ignoring me for months on end, Tenants advice were not able to get my complaints resolved and I will still left in the same situation, being ignored my my housing association and also my solicitor who was meant to be representing me.

With this company, my husband and I had a very successful case with compensation. After getting no where with numerous calls, emails and complaints in regards to many problems with our council house, I contacted Antony Hodari Solicitors for advice. I was so tired of being fobbed off by the council that this was the only other option. From start to finish, working alongside James, was a very professional experience. He explained everything well, the contact was as often as required and even when I didn't understand something in the paperwork, he would call and have time and patience to help. The case was made difficult by the defendant but James was thorough and made us feel at ease. Our case was a successful situation with this company! I highly recommend keeping all communication with your landlords via writing as evidence and contact Antony Hodari Solicitors if you ever have a disrepair situation and need clear instructions or advice. Thank you!
