There was a dispute between my landlord agency, the flat owner and the house management company who needs to fix the leak seeping into my rental apartment, and who is responsible for repair work. It went on for about 7 months. Antony Hodari Solicitors helped resolving this issue. The cause of the leak was resolved within 3 weeks of my initial contact to them and the repair work was completed, including the drying out of walls, in another 3 months.

Antony Hodari solicitors were amazing. They responded very quickly and helped us resolve our issues. We were having ongoing issues for more than a year and as soon as they got involved the ball hot rolling. Our housing association were much more responsive. Our mice problem seems to have resolved and for now the mould issue has been resolved too. We've already recommend Antony Hodari to another client as a result. I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with ongoing issues related to the council/housing assoc/landlord etc.
