Half a million in will stating 50/50 - I am left in debt
Will worth half a million, to be shared 50/50. Strange man arrived claiming to be my 'brother'. I do not know him, no one at funeral knew him, he did not see my late mother but made phone calls to her. I was not allowed to arrange the funeral, the 'brother' controlled this, making himself sole client with only him allowed to see financial paperwork. This 'brother' took all financial paperwork from the property, which he had no key for but in as scared what he would do if I didn't. Then passed to Black Norman Solicitors. I was frozen out of proceedings, allowed no information, received many abusive telephone calls, letters, emails. Property worth £180,000 - £210,000. 'Brother' allowed to remove all items of value from the property, while I was continually accused of living there, rent demanded £1000pm, I pay council tax etc - I had registered property empty, my own home 225m away. After 1 year of this, Bonnie Highton (Partner & Director) due to go off work, the abuse ramped up more, I paid £7500 to make Bonnie Highton go away. Asked what happened to all shares, informed all went to zero. I was allowed a derelict property, with much damage done by someone looking for something. Even stones on garden wall removed to look down brickwork. I am left to empty the property at my own cost. When I raised issue of all paperwork going missing, including my medical documents that was in an envelope, all family history documents and items from 1800's to present day including two world wars, I was told it is all of no value. Financial investor used to write to me, it was changed to my late mothers address, then disappeared, £5000 in trust I was left, no idea where it is. How is that right, estate worth approx £480,000, I am in debt? No communication of any help throughout all process. Where has all the money gone? Documents with personal information on also removed from the property, is it right that addresses was changed stopping by PiP payment and contact with financial investor that was in charge of money I was left? I asked for copies of statement of accounts at the end, they make no sense, sums do not add up. Pointed this out to Black Norman Solicitors, ignored. Contact abruptly stopped.
