They offered me one of the cheapest quotes and came in slightly under it at the end. They were really patent with me being my first time buying a house. The only issue that occurred was when a letter they may or may not have sent did not arrive to myself but the this was rectified as they invited me to their office and we nailed all the paperwork in an afternoon which meant the completion date didn’t need to change.
All the staff there were very friendly and helpful and I will use them for any other services I require in the future.
