Organising of a will

Netsai was very helpful organising a will for both myself and my wife.

Whilst ours was a relatively straightforward will to organise, there were things brought to our attention that neither myself or my wife had thought of. For this we were very grateful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Netsai and Wellers in the future.

Excellent service and great patience

I recently worked with Jeanette for the purchase of my first home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service she provided. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and concerns, but Jeanette was patient, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process.

She was always prompt in responding to my queries and kept me informed at every stage of the process, which gave me a great deal of confidence. Her dedication to protecting my interests was clear from the start—she left no stone unturned and handled everything with the highest standards of care and precision.

Thanks to Jeanette, she made a stressful experience manageable and as smooth as possible. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a solicitor who combines expertise, reliability, and personal attention to detail. She made the journey of purchasing my first home as seamless as possible!

Extremely Grateful

I was recommended Jeanette and her team after we found a property which we fell in love with. We then had to sell our property and purchase the new one.
I had previously used a London solicitor for over 25yrs, although my last experience with them I felt they were overpriced and I had actually done their work for them..
Anyway Jeanette and her team were extremely efficient and proactive especially when the seller seemed to be slowing down the process.
I highly recommend them and they seemed extremely good value for money compared to my London Solicitor plus this was all completed within 6 weeks
Thank you

We’d highly recommend her to anyone going through the property process.

The conveyancing service provided by Jeanette when selling our home and purchasing on, was incredible. She turned our purchase paperwork around in record time in order for us to make a pre-Christmas completion despite how busy she was and we’re so grateful. She was patient with questions we had, professional, thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

Very happy with Taiwo who was our paralegal on the conveyancing of a little house in Oldham. Went smoothly having gone under offer on 22 May 2024 and sale completed 2 Sept 2024. Taiwo always got back to me very quickly - within a few minutes - to respond to a call or email.

Wellers Hedleys handled the conveyancing for the sale of our late mother's property. They gave a clear indication of costs in advance, and everything went smoothly and was dealt with promptly. Taiwo Fakorede and the staff in the Bookham office were always helpful and good team workers, so we were able to drop off required paperwork at times convenient to us. We are happy to recommend their services.
