Second time we have used Tracy’s service to help us on a house purchase, and on both times we have been very pleased.
Tracy and the Weller’s team have provided a very thorough support, with detailed advice and documentation.
I was kept fully updated on each step of the process.
There were many required follow-ups with the seller’s solicitors, which Tracy diligently pursued to ensure the deal was closed with all due diligence.
Tracy and her team were also available at any time, with helpful and prompt responses to our queries.
I was introduced to Tracy by a friend, who was also pleased with her solicitor services, and I do hope to have Tracy’s help again on future deals.

The Best of the Best
We had a wonderful experience using Tracy and Wellers for our sale and purchase this year. Both our sale and purchase proved to be tricky transactions, but Tracy and her secretary Julie were just remarkable. She was always contactable, kept us fully up to date, and was just a delight to deal with. Without her, the chain would have most certainly collapsed - she really did go above and beyond.
