Tracy has acted on our behalf on a number of occasions. All were conducted in a highly efficient and professional manner. She was highly accessible, dealt with our queries fully and promptly, making the process of buying and selling properties as painless as possible. In all of this she was assisted very ably by Julie. It is a delight to work with them.
