I wanted expert advice face to face locally. I was able to meet with James quickly and have a productive meeting at which the pros and cons and issues with prenuptial agreements were well covered. My own circumstances and aims were well understood and reflected back in the brief from the meeting. Subsequently a key point of issue (with the pre nup) was discussed and resolved to my satisfaction. I did think there’d be more lawyer to lawyer discussion on the draft but to be fair a ‘round table’ approach had been proposed and on reflection that may have saved time and cost.
