Tobi did a good job. I didnt get the outcome i had hoped for but i personally feel that was because of the barrister tobi instructed to represent me. They used words to go against my wishes in court and did not write down the full extent of the court proceedings. The barrister coninced me to drop my non molestion order for an underwriting and the wording be the Exact same as a non molestation order but she did not include it in there. She did not show any evidence i had brought and did not even tell the judge she had it. She did not include things that was stated in court in the court documents. As much as id reccomend tobi, i wouldn't recommend duncan lewis due to the barrister she had used on the most important hearing of my life.
