Mandeep Benning supported me towards the end of my experience with the family court and I am extremely grateful to have received such measured, calm, practical and child-focused advice. Sadly, I was faced with an oppositional legal team who were litigious and aggressive. Mandeep was able to handle all difficult communications with a firm but mutual tone, a child centred approach, always with the hope to lead all parties to come to an agreement outside of court. Amazing service!
The service I have been provided by Mandeep has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning until the end of a long-drawn-out court process, she – along with Oliver – represented the interveners with class, authority and determination. I’m so happy and grateful that Mandeep and Oliver fought tooth and nail for us. For month on end, they worked so hard and resiliently and they really did take on my case, absorbing my take on matters and adjusting my perspective in a manner that would appease the court.
