I wrote to Duncan lewis at there website many occassion seeking a lawyer as they were recommended. They never replied. I then phoned at luton place they register my details but never actually give me a lawyer .I think they are unpleasant and lose client's details and don't really aim to satisfy their clients , sometimes I wonder if they are a fraud since they get recommended but don't even reply or give a solicitor to a client. Hjn

I had a very good team that handled my case Naz Ditta and Paige Evans. They were very friendly and warm. Also , so helpful. The reception was very nice
They were very professional and assisted me thoroughly. The communication was excellent through emails and calls. Alot of explanation was made and l understood all the terms and conditions. I really appreciate them.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Ekanem Umoh, work on my application and I can confidently say she’s one of the best solicitors out there. From start to finish, she was patient, supportive, and incredibly understanding. She provided excellent advice and always knew how to calm me down when I was overthinking or feeling overwhelmed.
Ekenem went above and beyond, giving 110% throughout my entire application process. She truly empathized with my situation while maintaining professionalism, explaining everything clearly and sticking to the facts. Her ability to balance compassion and honesty was so reassuring, especially during such a stressful time in my life.
My case was particularly challenging as I was under immense pressure, wanting to get married but waiting on a response from the Home Office. The entire process took nearly two years, and during that time, I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for anyone better in my corner. Ekenem delivered results while also providing much-needed emotional support.
She wasn’t just my solicitor—she was a person who truly cared. She advised me with integrity, suggesting practical steps like reaching out to my MP or waiting strategically, always with my best interests at heart. Her high emotional intelligence made such a difference; she made me feel heard, understood, and cared for in a way that goes far beyond just doing a job.
