Caseworker

I am a Caseworker in Duncan Lewis' Family and Child Care department, based in the Birmingham office. I work under supervising solicitor Gurveet Kular and Jasbir Raind, Director and Supervisor. I assist clients and support Solicitors on matters which include Domestic Violence, Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and various other Family Law issues. My team represent vulnerable clients with a variety of backgrounds and handle both legal aid and private funded matters.
