Our experience with Mccarthy Bennett Holland Solicitors Llp has been deeply disappointing. The handling of our property sale has been riddled with delays, and communication has been appallingly poor. We were repeatedly told that documents had been sent or emails replied to, only to find out this wasn’t true.

Reaching our solicitor has been very difficult and on the rare occasion we managed to speak to someone, we were made to feel as though we were inconveniencing them simply by asking for updates.

We strongly urge them to improve their communication, transparency and overall approach to client care. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend their services.
