Conveyancing excellence
We used mbh for the purchase of a property. Caroline and her team are absolutely 1st class. They are approachable and efficient. Even though I had to make several,phone calls during the process I was never made to feel a nuisance and everything was explained clearly .i could not believe how quickly the whole process took.
100% I would use them again and will definitely be a returning client if I am ever in need of a solicitors in the future

Not being very good with emails it was so easy to ring and speak to Caroline or Georgia to sort things out and explain everything. Nothing was too much trouble

House Sale / Conveyancing
Although it took a very long time to get the property sold, with a few bumps in the process, when the final offer was accepted, and the completion was requested in five days MBH were up to the challenge and everything went seamlessly. The price charged for all the elements of the process was also considerably better value for money than other solicitors quoted prices.

I used MBH recently to deal with conveyancing whilst buying my property.
