Appalling service

This company “dealt”‘with the sale of our property on the 31st May 2022 and were appalling throughout. They have just contacted us 22/11 to ask us to address a problem caused by them and brought to their attention 6 months ago. Appalling service.

Fantastic firm

Would highly recommend this firm, from the very beginning they went all out on my mother's case for negligence. Even when it looked like we were getting nowhere Kate Oldfield persivered and carried on. In the end it all worked out and non of this would be possible without her. First class all the way.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID at all costs. Even after threatening to pull out of our house purchase/ putting a formal complaint in we got one decent reply and phone call back, telling us what we want to hear, now its gone back to the no replies or updates whatsoever which we have had on and off for the past 5 +1/2 months, we only ever find out information or updates from our estate agents. And still no sight of a contract or completion date. Looks like we'll be kissing goodbye to our house purchase at this rate as some of us dont have years to waste and nothing to possibly show at the end of it. We understand things can be delayed but Davis Blank furniss Solictiors and in particular Jennifer are absolutely shocking in even simply giving us updates. Their excuse to all this is they are "extremely busy", well dont take on so many cases then!! Will not be using again in the future, and looking at other reviews on here it seems its not even an isolated one off problem. Pathetic 👎?

Excellent service

Michael Ball is very responsive, efficient and organised. I’ve bought and sold a few properties and this was by far the best experience I’ve had with conveyancing solicitors. I would definitely recommend Michael to others.

Property sale

I would like to thank Michael Ball for his excellent service and attention to detail when handling the sale of my property. Every email and phone call was handled professionally. It was particularly important to me as I am based outside the UK. I would definitely recommend Michael and Davis Blank Furniss to any client .

Sale of property

DBL handled the sale of my mother’s property following her death with professionalism and compassion. I worked mostly with Michael Ball who was calm and competent throughout, responding quickly to emails and handling a few tricky issues around the lack of some documents. He was persistent in chasing the buyers solicitors who at times were a little tardy. Their fees were also competitive. I would definitely recommend David Blank Furniss to handle property conveyancing.

great service, thorough and highly professional

worked with Amie on my second property purchase in London. really pleased with the service. Amie was really thorough during the whole process and reminded me on a lot of potential issues which I found tremendously helpful. I am an overseas buyer too and she been really patient with me while going back and forth with the mortgage provider. Despite tight deadline, and the month-long lockdown in the UK, and time difference with me being based outside of the UK, Amie was able to help complete the whole process whilst at the same time guiding me through it. An excellent service indeed and I am very grateful for her help
