A large company I had been working for refused to pay my consultancy fees and commission due on sales. I approached David Bondt to start litigation and from the outset I was assured by his approach, involving me in key strategic decisions and focusing on the wider case in addition to fine details. David also highlighted that even if litigation was successful it might not be possible to recover my legal fees. After using a range of tactics to avoid payment the company finally agreed to an out of court settlement, reflecting much of the original sum owed and a significant proportion of my legal fees. Bringing the case was stressful and as retail therapy I treated myself to my dream car, a classic Porsche 911.
