Avi & Tanaaz provided outstanding service! Despite a few hiccups, we successfully completed our transaction, and the property purchase was registered with the Land Registry. They even managed to expedite the registration, securing confirmation within just 24 hours—an incredible achievement. Getting the Land Registry to act that quickly is truly remarkable. complicated sale of a flat
My mother had a flat which,when she died could not be sold as nobody had the authority , as no one had a LPA. Kerry had to apply for probate which was further complicated by the fact that the executors to the will had all died. . Between Avi and Safiyah in the conveyancing dept and Kerry in the Probate dept, BBS managed to get all the appropriate court orders and eventually after a long time the flat has now been sold. The price quoted by each side was the price I paid at completion and there were no hidden extras.
Advice was always available at the end of a phone call or emails.
They were so professional and attentive to detail that I would not hesitate to recommend them.
