Brilliant Service, would reccomend these guys to anyone.

I used Rees Clayton solicitors recently and they were absolutely fantastic! I was looked after and every time I called to speak to my file handler, I was able to get an update. Even when nothing new had happened, Rees Clayton made sure to keep me in the loop anyway. Although my case might have taken a short while to conclude, I feel that Rees Clayton were able to deal with my issue in a timely manner.

Housing Disrepair claim

Abby Merchant,
After being passed from pillow to post from different solicitors who were supposed to be dealing with my disrepair claim. I was contacted by REES CLAYTON solicitors but the person I dealt with first I did not find her Helpful after many emails Trying to find out what’s was happening with my disrepair claim. I then got an email from Mark Wilton apologising on behalf of 1 of his Workers that was dealing with my disrepair claim. He then allocated Abby Merchant to deal with my disrepair claim. She was tremendous She kept me informed through the process of my claim. Abby was the best she is good at her job and she knows what she’s doing and she gets it done.

Couldn't ask for more!

What has been an incredibly difficult time was made much easier by using these solicitors. An extremely professional service, all calls were returned and emails answered in a timely manner. All our questions were answered and we were kept up-to-date on all matters. We dealt with Leah Smith and words are not enough to convey how thankful we are for all her help and advice. Highly recommended.

Unresponsive, unreliable and zero interest on helping

Poor customer service - they are not helpful at all.

Need to chase them on a regular basis for a simple update, zero interest in my situation and no involvement. Have already submitted a complaint given their customer service and it's been more than a month and haven't even received a response or someone approaching me to investigate the situation.

The team has changed more than 3 times, no communication, no responses, etc.
Stay away from this firm and anyone trying to help you.

Abigail Merchant (Abby)

I have been trying for some years to get my landlords to repair the property I am currently living in. I asked a number of solicitors to take my case, which they did. However they did nothing. I was forever chasing them. In the end my case was given to Rees Clayton Solicitors (Abby), who, in less than a year sorted out my claim and a settlement figure was paid to me and repairs were carried out in my flat.

Abby is very professional, right from the beginning. She listened to what you had to say and updated you constantly. You never had to ask for an update and you spoke directly with Abby.

I would recommend Abbey to anyone.

Extremely happy with the service provided! My accident claim was originally with another solicitor who sadly went bust and RCS were able to pick this up with no issues! They are very good at responding to questions and emails in general. The team I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I recently had my claim dealt with by RCS and I am extremely satisfied with how smoothly everything went. The entire process was efficient and stress-free. The claim was handled promptly by Darshini Moddia and I was kept informed at every step, which helped alleviate any concerns I had.

The outcome was fair and timely, and I appreciate the company's commitment to making the claims experience so seamless.
