Abigail Merchant (Abby)
I have been trying for some years to get my landlords to repair the property I am currently living in. I asked a number of solicitors to take my case, which they did. However they did nothing. I was forever chasing them. In the end my case was given to Rees Clayton Solicitors (Abby), who, in less than a year sorted out my claim and a settlement figure was paid to me and repairs were carried out in my flat.
Abby is very professional, right from the beginning. She listened to what you had to say and updated you constantly. You never had to ask for an update and you spoke directly with Abby.
I would recommend Abbey to anyone.

Experienced Excellent Company
My Legal representative was Abby Marchant. This lady was amazing. They company knew what they were doing, took everything into account and got all our disrepairs of our property back to living standards. Without MJLaw I would still have no repairs done. I can't thank you enough. Thank you very very much. Would definitely recommend using this firm. 😊

Housing Disrepair claim
Abby Merchant,
After being passed from pillow to post from different solicitors who were supposed to be dealing with my disrepair claim. I was contacted by REES CLAYTON solicitors but the person I dealt with first I did not find her Helpful after many emails Trying to find out what’s was happening with my disrepair claim. I then got an email from Mark Wilton apologising on behalf of 1 of his Workers that was dealing with my disrepair claim. He then allocated Abby Merchant to deal with my disrepair claim. She was tremendous She kept me informed through the process of my claim. Abby was the best she is good at her job and she knows what she’s doing and she gets it done.
