When the Police make Malicious Prosecution

Being a victim of assault from a male police officer, the police continually charge me with malicious prosecutions. The reasoning behind this, I made a formal complaint against the officer. This is not the first nor the last malicious prosecution. The police officer was never charged, nor did he face any repercussions. The support and evidence that Leah Smith had to listen and read as my evidence was lengthy. Solicitor Farayal Kaser attended the police station when they wanted to fingerprint and photograph me, as I did not feel safe. They did a great job at the Magistrates and the Barrister Emma Swindle that they instructed on my behalf shown I was Not Guilty.

Immigration -spouse visa extension

I returned to Rees Clayton solicitors for assistance regarding a spouse visa extension, it’s not my first experience with them as the initial application was also made through Rees Clayton solicitors. On both occasions Raisah Ahmed handled the case, and has been brilliant on both occasions, super professional, efficient and on the ball. As you can imagine both applications went through with flying colours. I would highly recommend Raisah to anyone that is seeking any immigration assistance definitely one of the best in the game. Thankyou!

I approached Rees Clayton solicitors for my wife’s indefinite application. The immigration department were very approachable especially Raisah Ahmed who was dealing with the case. She explained everything in detail and took all the stress off me, dealing with the case in a professional manner. I could contact her at anytime during the day, evening and even weekend and always received a response. Raisah is extremely knowledgeable in her field and very caring towards her clients. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you for all your help!

Leah Smith demonstrated remarkable professionalism and expertise. During the challenging time in my life when I struggled to open up to anyone, she made it easy for me to discuss my situation. I truly appreciate your willingness to listen, especially when you took the time to answer my questions late at night.

Vaqas Latif, I am incredibly grateful to you as well, and I apologize for reaching out at odd hours!

You both will hold a special place in my heart forever.

Probably the best immigration solicitors I know. Raisah Ahmed helped me from almost being deported and got me out of detention centre within days. Now I am home and relaxed. So for any immigration matters please use this firm. Me and my wife highly recommend this firm. She's the number 1 lawyer for any immigration matter.

I was detained on 10/12/24 and fortunately, I already had Raisah Ahmed from Rees Clayton as my solicitor. As soon as I got in touch with her, she assured me that I wouldn’t be in detention for long she estimated one to two weeks at most. At the time, I found it hard to believe. Many of the other detainees I met had been stuck there for months, with some almost a year. It was clear that many lawyers were either overwhelmed or lacked the knowledge to deal with such cases effectively. But Raisah proved to be in a league of her own.
True to her word, exactly two weeks after I was detained, I walked out free. Raisah didn’t just stop my imminent deportation—she approached my case with a level of care and determination that showed how deeply she values her clients. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and strategic, leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of the best possible outcome. I was so impressed by her work that I recommended her to someone else in detention who was dealing with a lawyer who admitted they didn’t know what to do. Raisah took on their case as well, and just like that, my friend was released too. If you’re looking for a solicitor who knows how to deliver results while truly caring about her clients, Raisah Ahmed is the one. She’s exceptional.
