Tom and his team at Axis Legal were excellent in handling my recent property sale. A very long, drawn out and difficult chain, but thanks to their professionalism and outstanding communication and service, we finally got the property sold and completed. A big thank you to Olivia who was handling our case and a special mention to Caroline and Tom as well. Thank you all for your hard work.

I initially instructed Axis legal on the sale and purchase of a property, part way through the sale process I needed to pause the purchase of my new property and was under the impression I’d be able to re instruct when required. Upon re instruction they said they were “a small firm that have to manage workload and we are at the capacity at the moment and will not be able to assist” and wouldn’t be able to complete the purchase. This is disappointing as up until now they were a reliable firm.

Including these last 2 transactions (1 purchase and 1 sale) Axis has acted for me and my family 4 times in the last 12 months. The service was consistently good on all 4 transactions. The firm has a clear pricing structure and there were "no surprises". The advice was timely and clear and the people very friendly and approachable. I would have no hesitation in using them again and/or recommending them to others.

Lisa, Caroline, Tom and the team were absolutely amazing in supporting me in closing on my first home. From offer submitted on the house, to picking up my keys was only 6 weeks!! They worked amazingly as a team to guide me and resolve everything quickly and professionally. Honestly could not recommend enough!! Would give 6 stars if it was an option!!

Katie Gordon, my case handler was fantastic, thank you so so much! She was always available or quick to respond to any queries, she guided me through the process step by step. I had such a smooth and professional experience and I could not recommend this firm enough! The introductory call explaining the steps was really useful and put my mind at ease and I always had the sense that there was no need to chase as Katie was on top of it and was pushing things along as quickly as possible. When ever I interreacted with other members of the firm on phone (Tom and Caroline) they also came across really well, professional and passed on any queries.

Having used different firms over the years, the most recent being a diabolical experience, working with Axis has been as smooth as can be. Having worked as a conveyancer I appreciate the heavy workload each person has but working with Katie G I never felt like a number or rushed. I received same day responses and actually spoke to her as opposed to receiving just emails. I have high standards and Katie superseded my expectations. All of my future business will be with Axis Legal.
