I initially instructed Axis legal on the sale and purchase of a property, part way through the sale process I needed to pause the purchase of my new property and was under the impression I’d be able to re instruct when required. Upon re instruction they said they were “a small firm that have to manage workload and we are at the capacity at the moment and will not be able to assist” and wouldn’t be able to complete the purchase. This is disappointing as up until now they were a reliable firm.

Including these last 2 transactions (1 purchase and 1 sale) Axis has acted for me and my family 4 times in the last 12 months. The service was consistently good on all 4 transactions.
