Solictor Direct were excellent - again. This is the fourth house I've sold through them (and bought three). Every time they have been attentive and responsive and professional.

Leon Tomlinson dealt with our case, and was excellent to work with. Professional and courteous throughout the whole process, his advice and support was very much appreciated. because of this, I would have no hesitation in recommending Solicitor Direct for any and all legal issues.

Brilliant Service in buying my 1st house

Solicitors Direct have been fantastic in helping me purchase my 1st house. The staff have all been very pleasant, easy to talk to and very helpful throughout.

The sale of my property should have been completed in early to mid October but the buyers solicitors failed to complete correctly several documents leading to a lengthy process. Solicitors Direct went above and beyond in this matter even to the point of advising the buyers solicitor.

After a non fault claim I was approached by this company, apparently on behalf of the fault party insurers. Bare in mind i was hospitalised with multiple fractures and on morphine. They were insistent that I should make a claim immediatly, and that it should be via them. When I asked some questions and tried to establish exactly what aspect they were representing, personnal injury, medial rehabiliation etc, they became very short and basically said "lets not waste each other times, I have to start a claim now, if you do not want to i will respond to another call" talk about pushy, I mean you called me and I was just seeking clarity for my morphine addled brain before commiting to representation for major legal proceedings - would stay clear.

A representative from Solicitor Direct Limited responded to this review on 16 July, 2024:

We are terribly sorry to hear that you have been contacted by someone claiming to be from our company. Please rest assured that this was not our company that contacted you while you are recovering from what sounds like a very serious incident. We do deal with personal injury matters. However, as a company we do not act on behalf of insurers nor receive referrals from insurance companies. We only accept instructions direct from clients who have contacted us seeking assistance. We have been made aware that there are a number of instances where people using our company name have been contacting unfortunate individuals who have had accidents claiming to represent the faulty party’s insurer. Please do not give any details to anyone that contacts you via a 03 number, mobile number or are calling from a call centre or agency. These are non genuine calls as we do not use either 03 number, mobile numbers, call centres or agencies to contact clients. Once again, I apologies that you have been contacted in this manner by someone claiming to work for us. If you have any information regarding the caller please could you send this in an email to us at enquiries@solicitordirect.com
