Excellent Service

As solicitors go .....my personal experience is one of the best. Margaret gave me straightforward advice and i was fully informed throughout the process. She made my insurers pay out on my claim when my insurers told me I wasn't covered under the policy. I would recommend her and her excellent team at Recovery Assist for sure! If you want a firm who will fight hard and challenge your insurance company's refusal to meet a claim then this is the girl for you!!

Dreadful, absolute waste of time, effort and money.

Dreadful service from start to finish. Don't trust a firm that can't even get your address correct after many reminders and requests. This company has actually cost us over £1000 in medical fees for a non fault accident, something that wasn't made clear upon starting proceedings.
We had to progress to court proceedings to even get costs back for the child seat damaged in the crash. Completely toothless in their approach Take advice on this and avoid this company.
