This review is for a different branch.
Used NGA for the sale of my house in 2019 and couldn't fault them. Very pleased. I am also using them for the conveyanceing of a property purchase and again I am very pleased with their service. We are near to exchnage and comepletion. They have been very helpful in this Covid time and have been very accommodating when we could ot get to the office for ID verification etc at the beginning of the process. I will be using them again for the sale of another property in the new year.

CHARLATANS: Carried work out after close of the relationship and billed me £240 an hour for work a secretary could have and should have done, Absolutely no continuity with me always dealing with someone new, If you are looking for a firm with empathy and individual one to one case management DON’T use this firm This by far is the worst money I have ever spent I would have got more from the warmth of the fire if I set it alight and I would have been in a better position legally. All in all it cost me lots of money to end up in a worse position . NGA you
