Family Law (child)

We needed help and legal guidance regarding a family situation involving a child.
From initially visiting the Farleys office to make an enquiry, we were put at ease and given guidance as to the legal route and potential costs involved.
Following a consultation with our solicitor Hollie Randles who made us feel comfortable with her expertise, knowledge and professionalism in regards to our particular situation; She became our ambassador in guiding us through the courts successfully on two occasions achieving our desired outcome.
We are very pleased with the final result.

House Purchase

Excellent service during what was a long & frustrating house purchase. Andrea was excellent & went above & beyond, chasing the sellers solicitors daily. To be honest, I've no idea how that company manage to stay in business! Would have no hesitation in recommending Andrea & her team, if you want a smooth & efficient service, definitely go with Farleys at Burnley. Thank you again x

How do farleys stay in business

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Messages get misplaced, phone calls etc never replied to. Lack of communication led to uncertainty of the case and stress

Unprofessional

I contacted Farleys about a data protection matter. After a preliminary discussion, I received a phone call from the secretary of the solicitor involved. A phone consultation was set up for Weds 6 October at 10 am. I arranged my morning to be available for the call and emailed background documentation to the solicitor. At 10.20 I had not had contact. I called the office but the phone was not answered. I then emailed and received a response ‘sorry something urgent has come up can I call you at 4pm tomorrow.’

As I explained to the solicitor involved, I would not treat him in this manner and I fail to understand why he did not afford me the same courtesy.

Poor.

I recently accepted Voluntary redundancy for the first time in my life after almost 40 years service for the same company. As part of my leaving package I was required to sign a Settlement Agreement which required me to seek legal advice.
After a bit of research I opted for Farleys Solicitors. I rang and was put through to Victoria's secretary who took a few basic details and advised that Victoria would call me back shortly.
A day later Victoria called and we had a brief talk where she asked for a few more details of my situation. She then set up an appointment for the next day.
Victoria called promptly the next day and explained how we would proceed. She then talked me through the settlement agreement, carefully explaining how everything would affect me, and suggested ways in which I could make the agreement better for me. Victoria then contacted my employer with the suggested changes. The changes were agreed and the contract was signed by all parties the same day.
I found Victoria to be very professional, knowledgeable and understanding helping me to resolve the settlement quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Farleys Solicitors again if I ever need legal advice.

Nick molyneux dealt with my claim and was very helpful. He never sugar coated anything and daid things how they are which is good, as it doesnt get expectations to be too high, which i liked about it, rather than saying just positive points about things. Explaining what can happen on the negative side aswell. I would point anyone his way if needing to claim
