Truly outstanding service and support

Working through an unanticipated process with your employer can be very stressful, but Victoria Mitchell and the team at Farleys were super-supportive every step of the way, providing clear and well thought through advice and guidance. Importantly, Victoria was always available throughout to chat or answer any questions of concern. Highly skilled and offers expert Employment Law legal advice

I had need of an employment solicitor at very short notice regarding an employment issue. The invaluable advice I received from Sally Eastwood helped me feel in control - I received a lot of confidence and support at an unexpected and difficult time. Sally negotiated a far better deal than was offered to me originally. I have no hesitation in recommending the employment law services that Farleys offer.

Very complex employment law issues

I was a trembling wreck when I first met Sally - I couldn’t string 4 words together without starting to cry. She managed me brilliantly. Her manner was perfect for me. She took control and showed me the steps we needed to follow. She broke it down into manageable segments - and I left her office feeling that a horrendous weight had been lifted

Efficient

The service was efficient. The solicitor acted professional and in time; also took initiative and, with my consent, dealt with the case without me having to interact with the other part. The outcome was the best option I could have get.

I approached his lawfirm as they dealt with abuse cases. I approached Farley, 5/6 years ago and still no decision. On my case I'm still waiting. I was promised a copy of my files so that I could go through them and still to this day I do not have my files. I've tried to make a formal complaint. Farley solicitors website does not have a complete section. When I called them to discuss. I was told I would need to speak to a lady called Debbie King about my complaint I'm still waiting to speak to this lady my experience of 5 to 6 years has not been pleasant. When you call to speak to the lawyer that's support. In your case they're never available. You have to book a telephone appointment weeks in a head to speak to the Lawyer . Avoid this law firm, as there are much better lawfirms out there with a heart and compassion to support you not from this law, firm, the money, greedy, hungry takers. Avoid at all costs.

Victoria Mitchell was very helpful, communicated well and managed to move her diary around to accommodate a swift, time sensitive employment issue for me.
Her legal advice helped to secure an increase in the statutory redundancy pay out I was awarded.
I would highly recommend Victoria and Farleys solicitors for their professional legal advice with high customer service values.
