An absolute farce
HMRC had notified me that I had a refund and for some reason it was going though Goldman Knightley. This was in April and I have just received it just now in August. I have been contacting them though e mails and phone calls and they basically ignored everything. I did get an answer two weeks ago saying that they have had the money since April and how did I want to be paid!!! I asked for bank transfer and sent the details to the accounts department for payment and also asked for a contact to raise a complaint. One week later I received the money but with a 50% deduction. I still have had no information regarding complaints procedure nor any apology or why it takes 4 months to send this money onto me.
