Second time I have used John for this sort of matter and can't fault anything for either instance.

Directly liaised with Kelly on this occasion who explained everything in detail and liaised with my employer to achieve a mutually satisfactory and prompt agreement

Excellent on all occasions I saw Mr Cummings. He put me at ease and he never tried to rush me, making me feel I was an important client. He is certainly an asset to your company.

Abismal service from probate to conveyancing. No communication at all without having to nag them. Still waiting for funds from the sale of my Grandads home. They've had a year and half to sort all this out and it's just been ridiculous.
