Poor and slow service
My experience with Fieldings Porter was not great.
I found them yo be quite slow in moving the process along and also found a number of errors during the sale of two properties.
I have other properties to sell but will not be utilising Fieldings Porter for the conveyancing.

Great friendly service for legal stuff I never thought I would need.
I was passed this firms details a few years back when I needed to start divorce proceedings. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced. I have also used their Will writing experts and most recently their convayencing department. They are at the top of my contact list for any further legal stuff which may be required in the future.

Happy flat purchase client
I used Fieldings Porter because they looked after my Dad's estate and I was buying a flat. Amy and her colleagues were a complete pleasure to work for...polite, responsive and clear. They made a potentially stressful process very easy.
FP have excellent systems.
I highly recommend this firm as commercial and responsive but with good old-fashioned standards of client care.

House Purchase
Some delay from current owner and their solicitors providing wrong information re the service charge and delay on other questions but we finally got there.

Professional and friendly service.
Amy Settle and team were excellent from start to finish. It was a challenging one with a lots of difficulties along the way as leasehold properties can be but Fiedings Porter went over and above to get this to completion. We have used this firm on numerous occasions and we are very happy with the service they provide both commercial and residential. A big thanks.
