DO NOT USE - My claim has been going on since 11/2018 (3 years) and they dont respond back to the multiple calls and messages I leave. I escalated to the Legal Ombudsman and they all started to take an interest but after 2 phones calls back to their usual unprofessional approach. I will be re-raising my concerns to the the Legal Ombudsman again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Its taken them over 9 months and still have not settled my claim. No communication what so ever, the claim handler was always either on holiday, sick, on lunch and would never return calls.

Beardwood solicitors took my claim on by false pretences, they claimed to be my actual insurance company and said they would be quicker and more affordable by getting rid of the middle man, complete and utter rubbish, took half my money and we’re horrible to deal with, AVOID at all cost
