I had a very disappointing experience with Cooper Hall Solicitors, specifically with Mr. Waseem Ahmed. Despite raising serious concerns about my case, Mr. Ahmed failed to respond adequately to my emails and did not address the key issues I highlighted. The handling of my case was unprofessional, leading to unnecessary delays and additional costs. Critical arguments and legal points were not presented during the hearing, which I believe contributed to the case being adjourned. Additionally, there was a lack of clarity in financial practices—no client care letter or invoice was provided for the fees paid. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable legal services.
