MrJim Morrison of Rootes and Alliott provided outstanding service, guidance and help over the sale of my leasehold property in Folkestone. I found him to be unfailingly totally professional and expert, in relation to issues which were at times complex and difficult to navigate. I would recommend both MrMorrison and his colleagues most strongly.

I have, over the years, processed sales with a variety of solicitors, most have been decent. On my last occasion Mr Graham Medler processed the sale of a property. He was quite amazing. Many meetings, a complicated process to which he organised perfectly. He did not charge for the first sale that fell through. His knowledge is exceptional. His support perfection. To those I recommended, they too are extremely pleased. The very best solicitor and a very high recommendation. The highest by far.
