Big mistake to choose!!!!

I did look here before I selected T.G.Baynes
Solicitors. I wish I had never chosen them.
I only saw for one hour Camillia Kristensen,
who I was told was a Will writer. Also a receptionist. When I received the draft will.
It was unacceptable! As soon as I phoned
and told I did not want the will. I was left
for a long time with neither Camillia Kristensen, or Kully Shoker replying or
explaining the draft will. I was shocked to
received a unfair bill £199. But No
Explaination of the draft will ? I tried on the
Website to complain, but it had jargon, I did not understand!??? The small print warning
I would pay interest! Was the only reason
I reluctantly went to pay the £199. When
I almost reached there, for the first time a
Lady phoned me for about 3 mins. She said
she was Kully Shoker . KullyShoker was not
Nice, or helpful. Did not explain the draft will. Kully Shoker admitted to me they hide
from the public!!!! I was disgusted she thinks clients are public, to be hidden from.
Not in view! As she did not help, or explain.
the draft will. I had only that one
Chance I had to speak to her. I paid reluctantly. The draft will is no use
to me! It's outrageous! Very expensive.
Only seem to want to charge, as much as they can. 1 hour somehow came to £199. Charged it says every 6 mins for
e mail or phone call. But I was unanswered
after I did not accept draft will. Do not
seem to me to be honest, from my night mare experience. They hide.
Send a will writer, who was leaving the
Room most of the 1 hour . Cos she did not know what she was doing!

Estate of late Derek and Ann Holdaway

Throughout was has been a long and difficult four years plus, whereby for their own reasons, my siblings enlisted me as the main representative of the process between Sion Roberts and ourselves to settle our parents affairs, including clearing and selling their home, which proved to be a most difficult task.
I can only give the highest praise to Sion who has been exceptional throughout, from what may have seemed the tiniest possibly irrelevant queries, through to the larger more important issues.
His professionalism, great communication, unending knowledge, and above all his empathy have been for me so important and welcome.
In my opinion Sion went over and above throughout the whole process, when I found things overwhelming it was as if her were holding my hand and gently telling me we would get through and we did.
Sion's support of myself throughout goes beyond words and my gratitude to him goes beyond words also.
Losing a parent is devastating losing both so close together 'just five days apart' goes beyond that.
Sion understood this and his care of my feelings and sometimes total loss as to seeing an end where I felt I could finally lay everything to rest and grieve properly, has been unwavering.

I cannot recommend Sion highly enough, he is an asset to TG Baynes and should be an inspiration to you all.

Thank You Sion.

Glad we chose Louisa and TG Baynes

As first-time property buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed by the complexities of the purchasing process but thanks to Louisa everything went great! We had many questions, and she patiently explained every step, making the process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and great communication gave us more confidence in decisions we made. We are glad we chose TG Baynes and Louisa as our solicitors.

Legal services for sale of residential property

We were recommended TG Baynes by the agent selling our property. Our previous solicitor had retired so we had no other contacts. From the start Louisa was efficient and on top of matters, answering emails outside working hours and when she was supposed to have finished for the day. At no time did we feel the sale was being held up because of any legal delay on our side. This is quite a contrast to all the other conveyancing lawyers we have dealt with, both personally and in business. These always seemed to assume the transaction would not take place, so always had to be pressed to take action or chase matters. Louisa was in complete contrast to this approach and was a pleasure to deal with, being very prompt to deal with the issues that arose and chasing the other side when required. The transaction completed at a time which suited us despite stalling tactics and odd demands from the other side.

Christine Fiddimore was excellent

My family employed the services of TG Baynes, Bexleyheath to handle all aspects of our late mother’s probate including final distributions of monies.

I had an initial meeting with Christine Fiddimore, who I felt very comfortable with as she has extensive knowledge handling probate.

Our mother left a written letter as her will, so this wasn’t a straight forward case.

At all points, Christine was exceptional. She allowed us to grieve without the stress of dealing with probate. Communication was excellent and sometimes entertaining!

We highly recommend Christine.

I recently used this solicitor firm to assist me with my divorce. I was put in touch with Hayley Wheatley expert in divorce and she was brilliant and explained the whole process and options available to me.

I really appreciated her support throughout and she always came back to me with quick responses. I definitely recommend Hayley to anyone in this situation.

Judging by the reviews it seems like pot luck whether you'll have a good or a bad time with these solicitors. We're having a bad time with them being our buyer's solicitor. In a sale that is five months in, the "ball has been in their court" for all but three days (our solicitor responded to queries almost instantly). Searches that were taking months miraculously appeared when the solicitor was chased, and they've been sitting on our responses to their queries for the past two months.

There's no end in sight, their communication with our sales progressor is practically non-existent (they should give their voicemail a raise), and no timescales can be given for when the queries will even be looked at. People's lives are on hold.
