Absolute disgrace

This company is the most unprofessional and worst solicitors I have ever had the misfortune to come across, clearly they need to research the meaning of “client confidentiality” and “how to use a telephone”. Calls are never returned, matters never dealt with and a blind eye is easier than facing eveidence in front of you and actually doing your job properly. The solicitor dealing with our case even left her job half way through and the company didn’t think this was information we needed to be informed about. She was replaced by someone equally as talented who I assume had also not been on her “how to answer your phone or return calls” course. I hope no other human being has their time and money wasted using this company.

Divorce and finances

Zena has been absolutely amazing, not just for the legal side, but a great support, I found my divorce hard and it made me feel anxious and stressed, Zena would always reassure me, she would always respond to me promptly and ring me back straight away if I needed her. She helped me and I am now in a better place thanks to Zena. I would highly recommend Zena to any one looking for a divorce/finance solicitor as she is the best.

Repossession and money claims

I had the worst tenants at my HMO property, they were not paying their rent, were subletting, selling drugs from the property, anti-social behaviour etc. I started working with Akhil in January 2024 to help me in getting rid of the 3 nightmare tenants. When they were served section 8 and 21, they stated that they wont leave the property until bailiff attends. Akhil is a real professional, kind and compassionate. He guided and supported me throughout the process. Despite the backlogs with the courts and delays with bailiffs, Akhil succeeded with the 1st eviction within 4 months of starting the process, second eviction completed within 3 months and repossession and money claims for the 3rd eviction completed within 2 months from that. That is 3 successful evictions within 8 months of working with Akhill. I am an experienced landlord and have not heard of any other legal firm with this level of success in a short space of time. Akhil - I remain grateful to you for everything. Thank you.

N/B - Recommended Akhil to other landlords in my network and receiving great feedback already.

Cannot fault the service! We bought out first house and Louisa Juchau helped us, she was very thorough and helpful if we needed any advice.

We actually went back to have our marriage oath signed by her!! It's lovely to be able to go back to the same place and know you'll get the same service! Definitely recommend!!
